In current situation of continuous changing business environment, due to faster clock speed and Competitive forces, very large change (“10X” change) indicating that forces has become ten times than what it was recently, how business manages this transition determines it’s future. Today may be ok but not tomorrow.
Any business starts with concept & design of product and services, then focuses on producing product exactly as developed and getting it under control , from there, one improves the product using Continuous improvements step by step for customer satisfaction & create positive value.
